That’s why we’re proud to announce that, after leading the industry with our 5-year warranty, we’re now extending it to 7 years as standard.
We believe the length of a manufacturer’s warranty indicates the confidence a company has in its products.
Our 7-year warranty covers parts, labour and compressors and applies to all True products across Europe, the UK and Ireland that are purchased from 1 October 2025 onwards.
Local technical support is also available through our approved service partners, ensuring that repairs are carried out quickly and professionally to keep downtime to a minimum. We know every hour counts when it comes to keeping your business running smoothly.

We don’t believe commercial refrigeration should be treated as disposable. Our equipment is built for the long term, helping operators lower their overall cost of ownership.
