Previously, arranging a warranty repair involved coordinating between the supplying distributor and our approved service partners. This could sometimes be a complicated and time-consuming process, particularly if the distributor did not offer technical service.

Our new UK Warranty Hotline significantly simplifies this process.

You can now reach us directly for warranty repair needs, creating a single point of contact whether you’re an equipment owner or a supplying distributor, via our:

What to expect when you call

When you contact us, please be prepared to provide some essential details about your equipment:

  • Serial number: This is located on the inside left wall of the cabinet.
  • Location: Where the equipment is situated in the premises.
  • On-site contact details: For arranging the technician visit and should our technicians need to make contact.

Our friendly experts will use this information to coordinate directly with True’s authorised service partners, ensuring a prompt and efficient response. We’ll handle all administrative tasks, from contacting the service company and arranging the callout to keeping you or the operator informed about the repair status.

  1. Locate the serial number of your unit.
  2. Exclude any hyphenated digits (e.g., -1 or -2).
  3. Visit the support section of our website, ‘My True’.
  4. Enter your country and unit serial number to view information about your product, including its user manual and warranty status.
